1. Applicant accepts billing for services for 3 years in accordance with appropriate rate schedules and stipulations of current Sellwood Electric Cooperative operating tariff.
2. Customer shall reimburse Sellwood Electric Cooperative for underground service cost in accordance with provisions of tariff.
3. Customer shall pay any line extension cost required by tariff to serve the requested lighting system.
4. Applicant shall reimburse Sellwood Electric Cooperative for all accrued costs if service request is later withdrawn or cancelled by applicant.
